User classes

Depending on which package you purchased and what requirements you have for the, you can use different types of user classes. These classes differ primarily in the level of their access rights. In order to ensure a strict separation between the different tasks, a user can only belong to one user class at a time.


Admins manage all accesses of a dealer or location. They are used to create and manage the users. Admins can only manage the users assigned to their subsystem. As well existing admins can promote other users to admins or switch their rights back to normal users. Admins also manage the call groups and their call flows.


On the other hand, users are intended to be assigned for standard access. Video calls can be initiated and accepted via user accounts.
